By creating an Ndloo account or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ndloo. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Ndloo is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering you confirm you are an individual of legal capacity and not disqualified from using dating services. You agree to provide accurate personal information and are responsible for your account's security.
Messaging and Live Streams
All interactions must be respectful. Do not harass, bully, threaten, share hate speech, or illegal content. Respect privacy and avoid unauthorized sharing of others' information. Violations may lead to account suspension.

Live streams must not include copyrighted, explicit, or offensive material. Respect community standards and report abuse.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Ndloo a license to use it to operate and promote the service. Ndloo may remove content violating these Terms without notice.
Premium features are available via subscription through Apple or Google Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including accidental purchases and dissatisfaction. Refunds must be sought via Apple or Google, but are not guaranteed. Chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Ndloo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for other users' actions or any damages that may result from your use of the app.
Ndloo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. No refunds will be given. Users may also close their accounts anytime.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in local courts unless otherwise required.
